Question: i have been walkin on the treadmill and eating lean cuisines and weight watchers food but i only lost 2 pounds in 2 months.. why aint i losing weight? what else can i do??

Maybe you have a low metabolism. Try jogging instead, maybe your not getting your heart rate high enough by walking. The most effective heart rate zone for fat burning is, generally speaking, between 65% - 75% of your maximum heart rate

try jogging from time to time while walking on the treadmill, that will help burn more calories. if possible try doing a little weight training too, just some light weight with high reps will help burn more calories. and try mixing up your food intake, it sounds to me that you are limiting yourself. add some fruit and veggies along with some tuna and make sure to spread your meals throughout the day...hope that helps
