I need your opinion?!


Question: I am a 15 year old girl who is 5'5 and about 140 lbs...I am trying to lose weight, and was wondering if I've had a pretty healthy day so far. BTW...I am also a vegetarian.

Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 red apple, OJ, and Honey Bunches of Oats cereal with reduced fat milk

Lunch: 4 chickenless nuggets with Honey BBQ sauce, water, Cream of asparagus soup with crackers

Dessert: 2 orange slice cookies with walnuts, a a small piece of Peach Cake

This is good. Try including papaya and prunes as your fruit intake. Soy milk is good and oatmeal bread and cereal as well.
Plenty of water will make you lose wieght faster (just take it 30 min before and after your meals).
