What should i eat the rest of the week if...?!


Question: yesterday, my friends and i hung out in town all day. for breakfast i had a burger at carl's jr. that was like 850 calories. very light compared to the avocado bacon sirloin burger and curly fries lunch at jack in the box. at least 1500 calories. then, we went to swensen's and i had another burger XP (ill never eat another burger again, lol) and some more fires. THEN, this is where it gets even more horrific. there's this thing at swensen's called the earthquake. it's 8 scoops of ice cream with 8 different toppings and a cone. it packs like 3500 calories. my gf told me to get it because if you finish it under an hour you get your name on a wall. NOT worth it. i got my name on a wall, but now i feel all sick and nasty even today. all i wanted to eat was oatmeal.

should i eat light for a week or so? i am 5'10" and 140 pounds. really thin for a guy my size... does that make it better? XP

no fast food or much sweets and smaller meals, whole wheat ,lean meats skim milk, skim

I think there are much more important things in the world than calorie counting, but if eating like that makes you feel bad, stop eating like that. Plain and simple.

Well if your not trying to lose weight, I would say it really doesnt matter other than the fact all that sugar and grease is terrible for you. Also, Dieting is more of a day by day thing. If you want to diet, you basically just had a terrible terrible day. The only way to make up for it is to get right back up on the horse and continue whatever dieting plan you were going for (if any). We all have days when we eat wayyyy too much and regret it later, but all you can do is make sure you are more careful in the future.

If you're just hanging out and having a good time, calories just get in the way. I'm not saying that you should eat like this all the time, or um... any of the time, but counting calories just contributes to the misery of eating nothing but grease, refined carbohydrates, and processed sugar. It's one day, dude.

By the way hun, getting your name on that bronze plate at Swensen's is well worth it! What do you speak of, Zach? Seriously! =p
