How should i run to burn fat off my body?!

Question: Hello, i want to burn fat off my body. First of all i am already doing strength trainings - I'm member of a gym. But i want to run too. So, my question is, if i want to burn fat off my stomach, how should i run? I've read numerous articles describing how to run to achieve certain goals ... that only messed things up ... So, should i run for like 30 - 45 mins slower (like 7-8 mins per Kilometer) or should i do some short interval sprints (5 mins per KM, or whatever) to lose my fat!?

the articles really are confusing, they never actually tell you under what circumstances the typf of workout they are talking about are done under!

Look there are afew methods but a guarantee that cant be overlooke dis the fact that your core body temp needs to be lifted to burn fat, this is determined by high high you can get your heart rate and keep it there for a pro-longed period (say 30-40mins) Without knowing your age/weight/height i wouldnt be ablt to tell you what the peak heart rate for you would be but this is easy to find out (you mention your a member of a gym) just check the charts they would ave or ask a trainer.

Also you mention you do strength, something that works really well for my clients and myself is combining your strength and cardio together...strength prior to cardio this gives a spot reduction effect as well as sheds fat and ultimately will give you a toned/cut look once you get down to your desired weight.

good luck mate

try spinning(bike) that way you wont mess up your knees.

Apart from Running, Cycling and Swimming are very effective.
If you find it difficult try Skipping and Sit-ups, additionally avoid oily food

i think the longer run would burn more calories

if you raise your heart rate through steady medium-paced running and sustain it for 20 to 30 minutes for five sessions a week, your body will continue to burn calories for several hours after you finish exercising. Personally, I find first thing in the morning (before breakfast) produces best results for me.

I have just started and read many articles but I just do a steady jog for 25-30 minutes and I eat 3 servings of yogurt daily it gets rid of belly fat too and I know 20m years ago when I had children and I tied yogurt I could not stand it but these days it is really good by the way I have lost some weight and belly fat but I still have 15 more to go

steady longer runs will burn fat, running in general is great for an all body work out.

When you run, if it is on a treadmill, run at a pace that is 60% to 70% of your maximal heart rate. Most are designed for you to input the necessary information. Running at that pace allows your body to burn fat as fuel more efficiently.

If you are not a strong runner yet, then start off with 20 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. Each week, increase your time eventually adding another day because your endurance will benefit from your consistancy.
