Can you tell me some ten good reasons for me to start exercising daily?!
Question: hmm 10 good reasons. Well I'll list reasons that help me feel good after I started exercising.
1. I lost weight
2. I am building my endurance.
3. I can go longer during vigorous activities w/o losing my breath
4. I feel better after exercising because exercise lets out the same endorphins that you get after eating chocolate
5. It keeps your heart healthy
6. I look better in my clothes
7. I drink more water
8. I have something to look forward to
9. I am able to set goals and meet them physically which makes me feel good about myself
10. I will be healthier later in life and enjoy life later.
Those are my reasons. I may not exercise EVERY day. But I try to. You just need to find a program you enjoy and will be able to look forward to.

so my reasons...get thinner so people wont tell you all the time to get slim, you'll be burning it out...that's what i do...
