Good way to lose some weight??!

Question: Ok does this sound like a good way to lose some weight??

Exercises:
Stretch for 10 min.
30 Min Cardio (Aerobic dance dvd)
Pilates (mostly focusing on abs, butt, & thighs)
Stretch for 10 min.

Diet (not same exact thing everyday, this is just a sample day):
Breakfast - 1serv Post Banana Nut Crunch Cereal w/ Soy milk
Lunch - Salsa Turkey Sandwich (whole wheat bread, 2 slices turkey, lowfat sprinkle cheese made from 2%milk, medium salsa)
Dinner - 1 serv lean meat (no bigger than deck of cards), 1/4 plate full of whole grain pasta, 1/2 plate full of veggies (ex: mashed (or baked) sweet potatos & green beans)

Snack (between lunch & dinner) - Whole grain tortilla chips & salsa (1 serving only).

Does this sound good?? Right now I weigh 130 lbs (I gained 5 and that made me want to get my diet back on track) do you think I can lose at least 10lbs by June doing this? Do you think I would be able to lose 15lbs by june? Thanks!! =)

Your exercise and diet plan sounds reasonable, very do-able. I would think that you'd have no problem losing at least 10lbs by June, possibly even 15lbs.

Don't freak out, however, if you seemingly *gain* weight the first couple of weeks.....it's your body building muscle and you'll be getting fitter and smaller with each passing week.

Good Luck!

it sounds like you are very healthy and im sure you look great

This sounds reasonable.
Just remember portion control! That is one of the most important things!

Most people lose 2-3 pounds a week, so that should be enough to help you lose 10 pounds (and then some!) by June.

Good Luck!
