Wanting to lose at least 10lbs by june!?!

15lbs in 10 weeks is very doable!
Your plan sounds great. I would be a little bit more specific in the number of calories per day... so that you can be sure to hit your target.
Work out your maintenance calories (using BMR and sedentary activity factor) and subtract 500.
This will give you your calorie target.
Go to fitday.com and enter your diet day into there. That will tell you if you're going to hit your daily calorie target.
The exercise sounds great and should burn off the extra 0.5lb you need to hit your target by June.
Weight in every week to check your progress (you'll lose more at first due to water loss)

That sounds like a very good diet. I recently purchased a book that says to really lose fat you need between 45-60 minutes of cardio every day

Try Weight Watchers and Exercise, you can still eat the foods you love, you just learn how to control your portions. My mom lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks! She had to execise at least 3 times a week for about 30 minutes. It really works.
