I need help gaining weight?!
Question: i'm 6'1 and 150 lbs. i've tried pretty much everything to try to gain weight. I don't have time to go to the gym and i try to eat as much and as healthy as possible. I was 165 lbs. at one point (when i was playing college volleyball), but i don't know what happened to me, and i'm not sure at point I started to lose weight.. I'm always on the run.. Any advice on what I should eat and do? Thanks in advance

welcome to my world. i am 5'11" weighing in at roughly 145. i dont see ribs but... i eat like a horse, 4-5 times a day. the most i have weighed in my life is about 160, but that was short lived. metabolism is a bear.if you smoke , quit! i did and put on about 20 lbs. aside from that, when you find an answer tel me...

I was like you i was 6'4 170ish now I'm 230 solid muscle.
