Can someone please give me a healthy diet which I can loose weight from?!


Question: I am 14 years old,Female,5"2" and weigh 46 kilograms (101 pounds) I am a recovering anorexic and Bulimic..I want to loose another 3 kilograms though..but in the healthy way.And I want to start my diet tomorrow.This is what I have been eating but have not lost any weight just stayed the same:

Breakfast-a handful of Special K and a 0,7% fat cup of hot chocolate
Snack-a slice of LOW GI toast with mango jam (or nothing..I never have snacks but today i had this)
Lunch- I have normally a bowl of Specail K or Tuna on 2 slices of LOW GI toast
Snack-0% fat cup of hot chocolate
Dinner- A cup of Weigh-less spicy tomato soup
I also do Cardio and weights and sit ups for about 1-2 hours a day (well I only started with Gyming again today) and I burnt 701 calories
When its not so cold I skip the hot chocolate and drink either 2-3 cups of 100% orange juice or red grape.I have not been drinking water at all lately! LOL
I want to get down to 44 kilograms please can I have LOADS of tips,maybe even daily diet plan?

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day is enough
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active eg: instead of asking your mom to pass you the remote control get it your self it does count as extra exercise
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1000 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food tell you're mom when she cooks you're meal to oven cook you're food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
drink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

you can safley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a week
also for abs try, lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good! <3

u should not eat chocolates babe,u make sure that every thing you eat contains fibre in it.eat more of chapatis,apples,etc
which contains fibre.

I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding.
These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.

I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform.

I like taking some dumbbells and doing some easy bicep curls, military presses, and lateral raises.

I think diet is important also and try to eat healthy home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables in them.

I try to stay away from the pop and sugar, candy, white flour products, and fast food.

I try to get a good night's sleep each night.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

you're skinny already!
in order to really recover, you would have to eat more. you are at or maybe below a healthy weight.
but if you want your metabolism to go up so you can naturally lose weight, excersize by running and what you're going already for about a half hour everyday.

Running is the best all over fat burner. If you do not like running, have breathing problems or cannot run, you can walk at an incline. For example if you walk on a treadmill at 4 mph at 10 incline for 45 minutes, you have burned 500 calories. Eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and protiens. Try to cut back on sugar or not eat anything full of sugar such as candy, cookies, etc but natural sugars (found in fruit) are fine. Here is a meal plan that will help you lose weight fast and not be too hard to follow:

BREAKFAST
1/2 grapefruit
2 egg whites
slice of whole wheat toast

LUNCH
pear
banana
Fiber One bar
serving size bag of Sunchips(your choice of flavor)
celery with peanut butter

DINNER
breaded and baked fish (any kind you like) or chicken
peas or any kind of vegetable
brown rice

SNACKS
cottage cheese
fruit
vegetables
protien shake (one scoop protien powder, nonfat milk, frozen fruit)


Also make sure you drink enough water. Drink one glass on nonfat skim milk a day or have it in a shake and then drink NOTHING but water. Take your weight and divide it by 2. The convert pounds to ounces. For example, if you weighed 150 lbs then divide by 2 = 75 lbs then convert to ounces - 75 ounces of water a day. Make sure to drink that much water every day.

Eat whole grains all thought the day don't eat them all at one time

Eat small meals all through the day ( I eat 6 meals a day, they are really small meals)( It speeds up your metabolism)

when you eat a the recommended amount of every thing fill up on vegetables

When your parents are watching eat a little more,and make sure they see how many meals you eat or tell them.

Eat fish 2 times a week

Eat a color full diet

Know what a severing is it is not what most people think

work out for half an hour to an hour depending on how much you eat.


Drink a lot of water ( majority of people mistake thirst for hunger

Eat carb(s) and protein at breakfast

Eat Breakfast
