First day Of diet- Is this good,bad,or what? Please respond!?!


Question: Okay well I have taken in every ones advice (Thank you so much by the way!! i will be rating best answer when I reach the next level) Is this good for my first day of the diet?

5:30-6:30 AM-350 ml bottle of water while Doing my stretches before work out,then Working out for 1 hour in the gym doing lots of cardio (running) and weights burning at least 500-700 calories

7:00 AM- a glass of water (250ml)
8:30 AM Breakfast:
A cup of green tea
A bowl of Special K-160 calories
a quarter cup of milk-55 calories
4 strawberries-20 calories
5 grapes- 20 calories

12:00 PM a glass of water (250ml)
1:30 PM Lunch:
1 slice of water melon (100g) -36 calories
8 grapes-40 calories
2 strawberries-8 calories
100g natures garden stir fry (which is assorted veggies)-101 calories
1 cup of green tea

Work out -Cardio and weights burning 200-350 calories
4:00 PM a glass of water (250 ml)
5:00 PM just a sip of orange juice for my vitamin
6:15 PM Dinner:
A slice of hake-100 calories
2 tea spoons of chili sauce-101 calories
Half a cup of white wild rice- 82 calories
4 grapes-20 calories 6:03-6:25
[6:00 PM- a glass of water (250 ml)]

Total Calories Eaten=780 calories
Total Calories Burnt= About 800-1100
Total Water Drunken= 1250 ml
Other liquids drunken=700 ml

You aren't eating enough. You need to take in more calories or your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to whatever fat there is. The recomended amount of weight to lose per week is 2 to 3 pounds. I think you are supposed to eat around 1500 calories per day if you are an avg sized woman. Please don't do this crash diet thing. Especially if you are exercising that much! It will wreck your metabolism and you will pay for it later in life. Just exercise a reasonable amount - around an hour a day cardio plus the stretches etc is great. And eat good healthy normal food, including some protein. There are many many reputable sites out there which can help you do this in a healthy way. You are courting an eating disorder by doing what you are doing.

uh 700 calories isnt enough eatat least 1000-1200

well you'll lose weight fast, but these 'diets' people go on are ridiculous, why cant you just eat normally, people who eat normally are normal size. you're not going to keep up 800 calories for the rest of your life, think about that one

You wont want to hear this but Very Bad you havent eat enought and have burnt too many calories for this little intake. Your body will go into starvation mode as it will be wondering where its food has gone. Try and eat at least 1000 calories a day but doing exercise is good just dont go into over kill. you really haven't eaten enough. you should be getting at least 1200, more than that if you're doing so much exercise!

you will crash and burn.you need more calories than that

If you pay this much attention to what you eat, you're going to crash and burn. Just eat moderately, and choose healthy foods, and only eat when you're hungry. You are doing great but a slight shift in your thinking will make you keep this up for a longer time!
