Fitness instructor?!


Question: Well i got my self a fitness instructor and he has told me to eat .... for breakfast weetabix and banana .... dinnfer salad .... last meal soup.... untill i have lost the weight that i want to and i can eat as much fruit as i want ..... and then when i have lost the weight to slowly start eating more things but not fatty things.... does anyone think that this is the right diet to eat?

I do the same job as him, and that is a sound diet plan.

(Although 'as much fruit as you want' might affect your toilet habit pretty strongly if your new diet is a sudden change! Try to eat as many different types of fruit as you can, so that you're not just eating one type. Filling up on supersize salads can be a good tactic, too, as long as they are'nt dressed, and as long as the ingredients are very varied. Fruits and vegetables are a good source of a lot of the vitamins and minerals that are missing from more 'normal' diets.)

Your instructor will have given you exercises to do as well, and these exercises will help to accelerate the body improvements that your new diet produces.
