Is my diet O.K just wanna losse 2 kgs in one month i do jogging 5 days a week wi!


Question: Breakfast 1 glass milk with 1/2 cup roasted oats added walnuts and fruits or toast and boiled egg
Lunch 1 chappati(indian bread) with 1/2 veg and 1 cup yoghurt or 1-2 cup green lentils sprouts with cucumber and carrot with yoghurt
snack 1 glass orange fresh juice
Dinner 1 chappati and 1/2 veggi.or
Sometimes just soups homemade with all veggs and no salt

sounds like you need more fibres in your diet. Try adding some of these - potatoes, broccoli, beans, bran, nuts, chickpeas, apples, strawberries and figs.

Also, try to eat fish at least 3 times a week as it will aid your system in burning fat more effectively and also protect you against disease.

Get quality protein from fish, shrimp, low fat yogurt and cottage cheese, skimmed milk and egg whites will help balance carbohydrates by helping to prevent insulin spikes that cause rapid energy loss and cravings for sugar.
