Weight lose consistency?!
Question: I am trying to reduce my body weight. Its been a month i am working on. I could reduce 5kgs in last month. is this speed of weight reduction consistance? if i do everything whatever i was doing last month.. can i loose same weight??? or with time weight reduction speed reduces??experience ppl please help....

Build muscle.....muscle burns more calories than fat....more muscle equals higher metabolism, but no I have heard that your body goes through something the second month that causes weight lose to slow down....what it is I don't know,but hang in there it will return to normal and then you'll start seeing results again
i think.. i reduces speed.. but after sometime may be a month.. u can catch the speed again..
