How do I lose a lot of weight?!
Question: I just posted a question about getting rid of cellulite and really want to tone my inner and outer thighs and i want flat abs. I kept getting answers such as lose weight at home without exercise....Well I actually want to exercise. What are some good tips and exercises to do to REALLY tone my core, and inner and outer thighs. besides toning I want to lose about 20 lbs. I'm 23 5'5" and 152 lbs. I just started taking Slim Quick in the drink mix. Does this work and will it help?

I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding.
These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.
I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform.
I like taking some dumbbells and doing some easy bicep curls, military presses, and lateral raises.
I think diet is important also and try to eat healthy home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables in them.
I try to stay away from the pop and sugar, candy, white flour products, and fast food.
I try to get a good night's sleep each night.
burn more calories than you eat in a day
don't eat as much food eat lots of fruit and veg and other healthy snacks

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
my buddy and i started exercising regularly about a month and a half ago. we both had different goals starting out, he was 5'8" and 201 and i was 6'1" and 175. i wanted to gain muscle and he wanted to lose weight. now, i sit at 186 and he's down to 183. and were both stronger and healthier than ever before. and we use the same approach. its a lifestyle thing. we all know whats good and bad for us. substitute the pizza for a protein shake, or that ice cream for dried fruit. also, people have this awful misconception about losing weight and strength training. IF YOU STRENGTH TRAIN AND EAT RIGHT, YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT. go to the gym at least three times a week and do either cardio on the tread or do weight training with low weight.
