How do you prevent yourself from binging on food? can you give any tips to preve!

there was a television program on not that long ago called

"I can make you thin"

If you get a chance, watch it. It was very inspiring and his techniques were wonderful. Below are the television listings.

He showed great ways to eat what you want, when you want and how to control emotional eating habits, exercise and a bunch of great tips. I've been obese all my life and this is one of the few television shows (read the book also) that has actually helped me to lose the weight.

stop buying unhealthy food and keep yourself busy

You'll stop when you are truly ready... I'm tempted all day by foods, alot of it is self--control!!!! I currently don't have any desire for fast food like I used to. I too used to feel guilty. I still have a tough time at night so I keep myself busy with exercise, shopping or even onn the computer. When I feel angry and it's not time to eat, I drink water, raisens or another fruit.

well i have ocd and my obsession is also eating and i eat over 12500 calories a day!...i really wish i knew...i see a therapist and take meds!
