Eating ice makes you intake zero calories. But it burns a few during digestion. However, it burns no where near enough to replace a proper diet and exercise. So eat healthy, exercise, and if you want a little help now and again it won't hurt to eat ice. But you should know your dentist disagrees with chewing on ice, it's very bad for your teeth.
