What is the best routine to get a tone body and six pack?!

start by doing 50 sit ups a day then gradually build up to 1000, do weights even home made ones at least twice a week, gradually doing heavier but lower repetitions and you will be well fit in no time :)
pull ups are the best - trust me
Stop eating junk food, and do bench presses.
Hard physical graft !
Exercise is for people who don't actually work for a living (lawyers, police, and office workers in general)
Rowing machine is excellent if you have access to a gym. If not, situps, crunches and chin-ups are excellent too. Running can really help too!
