Where can I find the point system for weight watchers?!

Basically, every 50 calories is one point. You can shave points off an item depending on how much fat and fiber is in it, but I've never seen an item where that made much of a difference.

well, you know, weight watchers is a business, and it's profits go to feed the families that operate that business. You are asking someone to give your for free, what those who are serious about losing weight pay for. You are asking to rob the business of it's profits and thereby taking food out of the mouths of their families. Go look in your bathroom mirror, how important is it for you to like what you see?

Weight Watchers points are are based on 3 factors, calories, total fat, and dietary fiber. Each 50 calories is about a point. This is not exact, but lets say if it has more than 3 points, then you can take off a point, and if it has more than 10 grams of fat, add a point.

Things like Progresso Soups, Smart Ones Frozen Meals, and things on the applebees menu sometimes have point values listed. Carrots are 0 points, and apples and cucumbers are 1 point.

My advice would be if you can't get your hands on a points counter, then just whatever you eat, only eat 1 serving.

Male 8pts
nursing mom 12pts

2) 17-26 4pts
27-37 3pts
38-47 2pts
48-58 1pts
59+ 0pts

3) first 2 digits of weight, example 185 = 18 pts

4) height
under 5'1" 0pts
5'1" - 5'10" 1pts
over 5'10" 2pts

5) spend most of your day
sitting 0pts
mostly standing 2pts
walking 4pts
physically hard work 6pts
