This helped for me.
1. Reduce your weight with eating less and sticking to lean meat, rice, lean diary products, etc. Better eat often, but small amounts.
2. Jogging (slow pace)/Swimming, 20-30+ minutes - great for loosing weight.
3. Correctly done sit-ups. You need to expel your breath from ALL your lungs before sitting up. As long as you inhale before siting up, muscles stick outwards and you wont get flat stomach easily.

follow this diet,
can use one tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon peanut butter in a day ...no other oil to be used
eat unlimited steamed vegetables and good carbs everyday
eat lots of fruits, moderate exercise is sufficient

in this way u can lose atleast 10" of fat from ur lowerbody in 10 weeks time.......i challenge
