Diet and Exercise Help!?!

Question: I'm a male 16 year old. I weight about 79 kg's.
I have a gym membership for the next couple of month still running.

My target is to really get to bout 65-70 kg's. The problem i have is i get home about 5pm after school as my school is far away and as i am doing my GCSE's i have alot of work, but i want to fit everything in.

I need a good eating plan daily for me, remembering i need snack at breaks and after school etc etc . And also an excercise plan for going to gym, im hoping to do abut 2-3 times a week, and everytime i can do 20 mins on treadmill and reach bout 3.2 miles. I wouldnt mind some little weight but mostly i want to lose weight on my tummy and around my sides.

My main aim is about 4-8 weeks to do this if possible or as much!

I want a diet plan in which i can still enjoy the good stuff, not be hungry all the time and the gym plan to be something that i can actually do.
If someone can help me thoroughly, u can message me or email me and ill reply.

THANKS!

diet and exercise are the way, but only if you change eating and exercise habits. 4 to 5 snacks a day worked for me. just remember to space them out, cereal and oj early (i cheated and just had a granola type bar & coffee) a low-cal malt type drink at break, sandwich or soup and salad at lunch another granny bar for afternoon break and meat, rice or pasta for the evening meal. then you get cheater's rights every third day if you keep up the exercise. you might slow down on heavy work outs which make you even hungrier. Lots of luck
