Answers: If we sweat a lot during exercise does it mean were losing more weight?

yeah... obviously!

You need to get your heart rate up in order to burn fat. Usually if you sweat, you're working to that rate.

Yes and also your losing a lot of water so remember to hydrate.

You lose water-weight, but you get it back when you drink.

Sweat is your bodies way of cooling itself during exertion. When you exercise, your body, just like a car engine, heats up. Sweat and perspiration is a cooling mechanism.

Swearing helps you to get that last bit done, it does with me anyway. Sweating just loses fluid not fat. It does help to get rid of toxins.

Lack of adequate perspiration indicates tbat you are either not engaging yourself in an intense of exercise ritual, or that you could not be drinking enough water (especially if your urine is dark yellow). It could also indicate an underlying condition that should be addressed by a doctor.
If you sweat a lot, that means that you are taking in enough water, but also can indicate that your body is working hard to try and cool itself down meaning that your body is working harder, but not necessarily that you are losing weight. If you really want to determine whether or not you are losing weight, you have to consider eating habits and your metabolism. What Gary is refering to is water wieght and that wieght is basically due to your water intake. It fluctuates so much that I would recommend losing body fat first and when your body fat percentage is low, then concentrate on losing it or else you could possible get discouraged because of that fact.

im sure...
...if you cuss like i do lol

I would hate to see the gym you go to that allows you to swear (lol) but yes it does make you lose more weight buy sweating. you will need to sweat out 16 oz's to lose one pound of body weight.

Sweating is Healthy; You Just need to replace fluids...!!
