yeah, it was water weight aka sweat..

Yes, as you excercise you sweat off your water, causing a change in weight as it's being evaportated.

yep.

yes, happens to me everyday... I weigh around 195 durring the day, then I go run late in the afternoon, usually i weigh myself right after I shower and I weigh around 190.

Yes, but it's entirely water weight lost. He'll gain it back shortly.

Yes because he was burning calories the whole time and it is the calorie in take which progresses weight loss. So if you burn double the calories you eat, you will lose weight and if you burn only half, you will gain. This weight loss means that he either burned calories, or sweated out some of his water weight, which is also quite possible.

yes possible
you will lose weight by sweating and peeing

Yes, your body normally fluctuates during the day. That is why you are supposed to weigh the same time every day you weigh to get a good idea of if you lost or not. So, he may lose 3 lobs, but as soon as he drinks water or any fluids, he will put that 3 lbs back on, or most of it. The weight you lose is when the fat burns, not when the body fluid level fluctuates.

It's still a good workout.

Water is 64 lb./Gal.
3lb. is less than 1/2 a pint.

It's only a matter of of how much calories you gain/spend each day.

Water plays a major role. You can gain/lose 8 to 10 pounds just with water. Don't believe the scale. Pinching the skin on your abdomen with your fingers will give you a more accurate idea.

i think your friend is right!, and yeah you can, :-)

Yep-- After I exercise I'm lighter but then after I eat or drink something, I'm right back to my orginal weight.

I guess

not for 40 mins no he would have had to do a variety of exorsize

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to
http://www.help-me-diet.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
