Well, the arms are kinda hard. In basic training you do a lot of overhead arm claps. Which is basically what it sounds like, just keep your elbows straight and arms stretched out to the sides do about 50 of those it'll smoke ya. For the abs you can do some crunches. Another twist to it is to cross your leg and bring your opposite elbow to your knee. Leg lifts and flutter kicks are good too. Lay on your back, with your hands under the small of your back keep your legs at leas 6 inches off the ground, raise them and lower them about 15 times. Flutter kicks is the same thing just kick your legs up and down with out moving your knees! Good luck hope is smokes ya!=)

I do a Turbo Jam dvd that's called Ab Jam. You do standing crunches, and some moves from a brazillian form of martial arts. It really works your middle section and it's not boring. I also do different kinds of squats that work your thighs really well. They're more fun that laying on the floor and getting bored with your work out.

for abs i used to do a very helpful exercise:
stand with your back against the wall with your feet a lil apart and roll your back forward and let the abs take u up again.

There are *herds* of bodyweight exercises out there, just waiting for you to grab hold of them.

Google "bodyweight exercise" and you'll get snowed with more than you can handle. The links below can get you started, though.

Good training!
