What diet is the best?!


Question: hi people i have been with slimming world now for bout 6 months but i am getting reayy bored i eat the same all the time . ui was going to change and go to weight wathers cause they have ther own food you can buy.

which diet do you think is the beast ?please help xxxx

I personally think slimming world is best -
Heres a challenge - try to have 14 different healthy B choices in one week!

I ask you to do this because you have arrived at the "i'm bored with eating the same things day in and day out" stage, when you look back to your food diaries from when you first started, I bet you had a huge variety of different foods, now you have gotten into a rut of knowing what you "can" have and not trying out any of the great recipes or new ideas.

Try going onto lifeline online (your consultant can give you this weeks password) as it gives you all of the up to date healthy extras available as well as loads of different recipes that you can try.

Don't give up on the plan, It really does work I lost 3 stones in 6 months.

i dont diet because its effiminate but dont eat too much bread or butter or junk food and get alot of exercise also drink water thatll help you lose weight

Excercise every day for at least half an hour (walking will do)

i would have to say any diet that is low in fat. Carbs are alright to a certain point, but make sure there's protein in ur diet if u exercise. Lay off the fatty foods, do cardio, and you'll see a world of difference in a month. More than any supplement, persistence pays off

Eat less calories than you use, exercise more to get a good CV workout at least 3 times per week and hey presto perfect body.

Here's what I did and I lost alot of weight. I still will be doing it for the rest of my life. Get that 4 letter word out of your head, "DIET" and you'll be fine. Diet's don't work!!!! You need to make a life change. That's what I call it, Life Change. I believe you can eat what you want but in moderation. Instead of a bag of chips, eat 10 of them and put it away until later on, spread it out. Eat 6 times aday, small portions, that way you don't starve yourself and you feel more full. I'm from Canada, and we have a place here called "Curves", it's a total body workout. Do you have one near you? Go to it, it works!!!! If you don't have one around you then that's ok, just do a workout on your own, don't pay crazy money to join anything!! Curves is cheap, that's why I can go. Buy a Richard Simmons dvd, they work too!!! Start a walking program with a friend or family member. Walking is the best!!!! So remember to move your butt and eat what you want in moderation and I promise you will lose weight and keep it off. Starve yourself or go on crazy diets and you will gain back any lost weight.

Diet is a bad word! Just eat what you like but in moderation! if you want choc or crisps just have them, but not 6 bags or 6 bars.

Also take up running
its working for me and you start to feel so much better in yourself from running.
