Seeing a nutritionist will make sure you lose weight the correct healthy way and makes sure you won't gain it again.

You need to speed up your metabolism here are great habits that will help you accomplish that.

1) Make sure you eat breakfast.
2) Eat smaller meals more frequently.
3) Eat the majority of your food earlier in the day.
4) Don't starve.
5) Eat plenty of protein-rich foods
6) Get enough aerobic exercise.
7) Build muscle with weight training or resistance exercise.
8) Drink plenty of water.
9) Get enough B vitamins.
10) Drink Green Tea
11)Try Chinese Herbs
12) Try mate tea if you're a coffee drinker
13) Consider Energy Work e.g. Yoga

One important tip:
Avoid the 3 P's: Pills, powders, and potions! There are NO quick fixes!

have fresh leafy vegi in lunch/
light dinner with salad around 08:30pm
no coke/no pizza pastry or beer and do not start smoking. no power lifting or gym/ keep out. Swimming is also good; but may abrupt your stomach.
Try it..consult a Doc to check blood pressure or hormone test.

Honestly, that sounds insanely unhealthy.
To at least get around that weight, ask your doctor for recommendations. That's a lot of weight. You're better off getting a diet/recommendations from a PROFESSIONAL.
