Counting calories?!

We have always heard calories in and calories out is what is the best way to control your weight. I want to add that if you drink 8 glasses of water per day (as long as you are healthy and are able to do this) that the water actually can help with any fluid retention you might have that is making you look like you weigh more than you really do. Our bodies are made up of mostly water, and we need to replenish our bodies daily. So watching your calories is very important, but making sure you have plenty of fluid going thru your body will help in losing weight. But if you have any medical problem that gets worse by drinking lots of water, you MUST talk to your doctor first.

Nope...my wife and I are on a great program for it. It really does work better than all the fad diets because regardless of what "points" other systems use, the calorie never changes. It's a constant unit of measurement!

i do i dont count every last one but i keep a rough calculation going
