How can i make myself eat less?!


Question: i want to eat less but not take any pills to do it. if you have any suggestions on how to do it it would be so much appreciated

drink water. it's an appetite suppressent. eat your food more slowly. busy yourself during those times you crave foods.

Depends on your goal. Best is not to get hungry, so eat little and often (4-5 times per day). NEVER allow yourself stuffing full. The feeling of satiation comes in ~20 minutes after eating.
Also, it helps if you eat slowly.
In a while your stomach will get smaller and you will feel satiated easier.

You can't eat what isn't there.
Take all unnecessary food out of your house/apartment. Whatever you should be eating 'calorie-wise' in a day/week...keep it.
If you eat what you have...and there is absolutely nothing left...and absolutely nothing 'extra'...then you CANNOT keep eating.

Spray a foul smell on your food. It'll put you off food. Watch some really obese person stuff their face with mcdonalds. And say to yourself "I don't want too end up like that, it's disgusting". No need to be a stick insect, just be slim.

1. Don't shove it in your mouth. If you must, just eat half of it. Have a sandwich but only half of it. Buy a can of drink, drink half of it or just enough so you arn'e thirsty.
2. Break your meals up into 3 portions & eat them over an extended period of time. (brain tells you you're full 10 mins after you're gut is full) result.. Over eating and that wonderful drug like feeling of full / stretched stomach (over eating is addictive ) More fat people than there are Junkies!
3. Walk, walk, walk then Run!

What I do is keep a food log thing and write what I will eat that day.. only cuz I am on a diet.. I think I am a fatty =P
