Question: I heard if you wait to drink your water after a meal is a better for weight control than drinking water throughout your meal. Is that true or just a myth? Someone told me it causes bloating or air bubbles or something that makes you fatter if you drink while you're eating verses waiting until you are completly done with your meal.

There is no harm in sipping water to smoothen the throat while eating if needed. It is always best to drink plenty of water after finishing the meals so that it helps in making the content in fluid shape for easy digestion.
Certain enzymes ooze making us feel hungry and if we pour water, they get diluted and washed down the system. Similarly while eating also if the existing concentration of the enzymes is maintained the food gets perfectly digested. Post- food- taking of water helps in maintaining the requisite flow of the mixed viscocity of food. Again taking water very frequently in between two meals is not suggested unless you feel thirsty.
For general weight control some tips:

a. Eat the main meal upto half of your capacity and fill the balanced with water.
b. In between two main meals (lunch and supper) take small quantities of breakfast and evening snack.
c. Avoid fats/Non-Veg/ice cream (People know too much)
d. Burn the calories maximum.
e. Yoga
This just a non-medical advice based on self-experience.

If you drink water before eating you will eat less it is better for weight control.

If you drink water during a meal it can remove essential nutrients from your food so it is better to drink afterward or an hour before a meal which can make you feel fuller so you eat less.

The point of drinking water with your meal is that it will make you feel fuller therefore you'll eat less. It defeats the purpose if you drink the water after the meal.

it is just a myth. for the best weight control drink a glass of water about 10 mins before your meal. worked for me!

I never heard that one but I did hear that drinking a glass of water before your meal will help with weight loss because you tend to eat a little less when you have some water in your stomach. Not sure if it actually works, just what I heard.

Actually drinking before is best. It will help your stomach feel like it's full and therefore you will eat less.
