Count calories... I found this is really effective. Figure out how much you need for your body height and weight and calculate how much you need to loose a pound a week. One pound equals 3500 calories.

Do not take pills, they turn out to just make you pee alot so that you loe water weight and no fat, I know- Im a doctor. If you wanna lose 10 pounds I suggest a yoga class or outside hiking, excercize, running. I hate and don not have the time for exercise so I walfk my dogs whenever I can and I take once a week yoga classes

Eat a truckload of fat while you cut out carbs except for fruits and vegetables. Replace all rice, wheat, oatmeal, by non fattening starches like beans and potatoes, moderately.

Dietary fat is anabolic (builds muscle and burns body fat). Try olive oil, olives, avocados, coconut oil (at Health Food stores) and bacon in the ams. Eat protein (meat, eggs, chicken) at every meal. Start each meal with fat (1/4 stick of butter, or avocadoes, olives etc).
