Creatine Monohydrate supplements questions?!

Question: I'm 16 this year, just bought a creatine monohydrate supplements (powder form) and have many questions to ask. My workout consists of legs, arms, abs and hip. The only supplement I'm consuming is creatine monohydrate. I workout everyday.
1) Do I eat after or before workout?
2) How do I start out? 20g or 5g? When do I change the amount of creatine consumed?
3) Should I consume more or lesser sugar? To make my workouts more effective.
4) Should I consume creatine everyday even when I'm not working out?
5) What are the negative side effects? Please state. (If there's any.)

1. When you are bulking, you want to eat before and after your workout. I would suggest when you actually consume the creatine, to have at least an hour and a half in between taking the creatine, and eating your last meal.

2. You start out with small amounts of creatine. Depending on the type of creatine that your taking, you want to load the creatine, or get it into your system. I would take 5g twice a day for three days, and then up the dosage. Keep increasing the dosage every three to four days, until you are at the highest suggested amount.

3. You should consume more sugar after your workout, ecspecially if you are taking a protein supplement as well. Simple sugars increase the effectivness of protein up to 40 percent! So I would suggest drinking a gatorade after your workout with protein.

4. Yes. You should consume the creatine every day to keep it in your system. When you keep it in your system on a constant basis, you are going to get better results.

5. One of the negative effects of creatine is dehydration. Make sure that you drink at least 12 glasses a water a day while taking creatine. Other than dehydration, no other bad side effects have been found in short term studies.
