Eat your carbs the night before. and eat small portions before the meet. avoid sugar if you can. the pick me up is great but the sugar crash will come soon when your body starts working hard

Something with Carbs to give you that energy. If you don't have alot of time. Pizza is the best fast food to give you the energy. I was in track through highschool and read in a article about running that pizza was good to eat if you had nothing else or no time. I did that a lot when I had practice and it worked fine with me. The carbs give you energy and I didn't get fat or anything from it because I was active..

day before: pasta and water
day of: granola, bananas, water, and rember to graze eat

Eat a normal healthy diet and make sure to stay well hydrated.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.diet-fun-now.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
