Who craves fast food?!
Question: I know it's horrible.....but I always crave Big Macs.
I am about to get one now.
Luckily I haven't seen the negative side effects yet (like weight gain)...but I know I need to cut down!

I can say with certainty that I haven't had a fast food burger in over 6 months.
Your body doesn't crave a Big Mac. It craves protein with some fat and carbs. You could have a Subway roast beef sandwich and the craving would disappear. Our bodies don't crave foods, they crave nutrition.
I want an orange chicken bowl sooooo bad right now, but I'm not going to have one. I'm going to have a turkey sandwich because my body wants protein and carbs. I may have an apple too because the craving for orange chicken may be a signal for some sugars. There is always a healthy alternative.
Oh yeah. I love Wendy's 99 cent chicken sandwiches. UGH you made me hungry lol
I am having a craving for it right this very moment. And what is worse, my apartment is right next door to McDonlalds. I will continue to resist and fight the good fight.

Yes sweetie but just because your not fat or overweight DOES not mean you can not get heart disease, diabetes or high cholesterol.
