What do you do if your only 111 pounds and think your fat?!


Question: I'm only 11 years old and I think I'm fat! I weigh 111 pounds and all my friends say that I'm perfect and not fat.
Do I trust them or just forget about myself being fat and be a kid?

You know your not fat but once you get it into your head it is hard to change your way of thinking. I think you should talk to someone who can help change your way of thinking because you really don't need to change the way your body looks. Maybe ask your school conciler if they have any advice on where to get started.

if you are smart, you will allow yourself to just be a kid, it goes by so quickly, life is too short and too fast to worry about such things at your age.

Babygirl, if i only weighed 111lb., I'll be the happiest person in the world. you should not be concerned about your weight at this point in your life. Enjoy being a kid.

111 lbs at 11 is a sign you need to incorporate healthy eating and exercise in to your lifestyle. Little things like Subway kids meals instead of happy meals and walking or running on weekends.

You go and get self-esteem counseling.

It's just baby fat, dont worry. It will come off eventually.
