If I do this how much weight will i lose...?!


Question: i'm 16, female, 130 lbs.. want to get back down to 115.

i really don't want to hear about how unhealthy this is, trust me, i know. but i HAVE to lose this weight fast, so i have to do what i have to do.

if i eat a rice cake and some grapes for breakfast (or some other kind of fruit) and the same thing for lunch, and then the same thing for dinner... (yes, UNHEALTHY, I KNOW, you don't have to tell me) plus working off 400 calories a day, 7 days a week, how long will it take to lose about 15 pounds?

I used to do that and you could lose it within 2 weeks. The problem is keeping it off.

I didn't lose any weight after a while, my body went in to starvation mode and held on to everything that I ate. When I started eating normally, the weigh piled on. I suffered from anorexia and do not recommend going down this route.

that doesn't seem unhealthy

you can saftley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a week <3 good luck

You'll lose weight really fast, problem is the very next real food is going to put the pounds back on.

It might take you a long time if you do not get sick while doing it,if you are not getting the proper amount of calories your metabolism will slow down and try to conserve energy because your body will think you are trying to starve yourself, so you will not loose any weight.
