i have a diet, a bit tough but its works. its mainly for lazy guys, but if u do sports with this diet just drink lemon juice for energy...
Breakfast : a cup of tea without sugar and a fruit (apple or orange)
Lunch : boiled prawns (about 8 prawns) and a plate full of boiled vegetable or a bowl full of salad
Evening : a cup of tea without sugar or lassi ( but try to avoid it )
Dinner : a bowl of salad
I know its a draconian diet. but it works. ANd dont fordet your lemon juice which u do sports cause it will give you the energy needed.
Do yoga.....and if you want take sacred heart diet.
