well 1st off all we need to know wat a blanaced diet is befor stating down its adavantages

Balanced diet : refers to intake of appropriate types and adequate amounts of foods and drinks to supply nutrition and energy for the maintenance of body cells, tissues, and organs, and to support normal growth and development also a well-balanced diet acts to provide sources of energy and nutrition for optimal growth and development.

you need to know that your body is chemically blanaced and and your body needs certain types of food that produces essentials vital needs for your body on a daily bases

For example : Dietary sources of protein include meats, eggs, grains, legumes, and dairy products such as milk and cheese.[1] Of the 20 amino acids used by humans, the 10-12 nonessential amino acids can be synthesized by the body, and are not required in the diet. The 8-10 essential amino acids, however, cannot be created by the body and must come from dietary sources

so as with fats and carb and many other minerals are needed to be consumed either to produce energy or help in bone conustraction and muscle gaining and many other process done by the human body

Here are the categories of most essentials types of food that ur body needs

Milk group (milk and milk products)
milk, cheese, yogurt

Meat group (meat and meat substitutes)
meat: chicken, fish, beef, pork, lamb

legumes: beans and peas
nuts and seeds

Fruit and vegetable group
fruits
vegetables

Grain group (breads and cereals)
whole grain breads
enriched breads
rice
pasta

After knowing the importance role of the healthy and balanced meals

In order to stay healthy and fit you need to combine this with regularly exercise both cardio and streanth tranin
