Chest/Pecs Workouts????..........?!


Question: I was just wandering, what is the most effective chest/pecs workout? At the moment i do:
- Bench Press
- Peck Flys
- Pushups

What else is there that might be more effective?

Here is another way you can do it. Assuming you want some size.

Incline Bench Press
Flat Bench Press
Dumbbell Flyes (you use more muscle fibers with dumbbells)

You can do 10 push ups after every set of flat bench press. Cross train with some upper body plyometrics.

they are all good for developing the pecs. Push ups are my favorite because you can never go too heavy but it has limitations. If you are going for a lot of mass bench presses will do the trick if you keep upping the weight.Flys will develop your' lats' which gives that 'V' shape

what your goals??? streght,endurance or muscle mass???
Push-ups are great but you will never get masive gains. Flys are really good because they isolate your chest. Bench is a great exercise buts its not the best for your chest , dumbell press has been proven to be more effective.

Butterfly's.
What You Kneed To Do Is Hold Dumbells And Lie Down on your back, then you need to stick your arms out to the side and slowly lift your arms over your body and back down, dont do too many reps though.
