the truth sometimes hurts... yes, you will gain weight if you return to eating normally, because obviously you've starved yourself for so long that your body wants to eat anything to convert it to fat. if you don't eat normally, you will encounter a number of health problems later on. if you eat normally, you will gain most of the weight back. you should've done it THE RIGHT WAY from the start. for me, starving myself is 2500 calories. for other people, starving themselves is 200 cals per day, and i think they have a death wish when they do that.

your only options are:
1- gain the weight back and start over but do it right
2- start an exercise routine (vigorous) and eat normally (you won't gain as much, but it will leave you with even less options later on if you want to lose more without starving yourself)
3- go on starvation for the rest of your life and jepeordize your health.

If it were me, i'd choose option 1.

and whoever told you that after the age of 21 it's hard to gain or lose weight should get slapped for being TOO ignorant.

hope that helps

No it's not true, you can gain or lose weight at any age.

There's no specific age, 21, 22, 23, somewhere around there your metabolism will naturally begin to slow down a little bit and it will require a bit extra effort to lose weight but it can still be done with a little effort. You'll be able to gain it easy enough though. Don't starve yourself, just spend a little time at the gym or running or something and don't eat big macs and you'll be quite fine.

you can gain or loss weight no matter what age you are. You just have to have the motivation to do it. By the way i would try a different technique to loose weight, like healthy food and exercise...good luck dude

As long as you keep eating a healthy diet then you should be fine keeping the weight off. My grandma is 65 and she just recently lost 15 pounds just by walking 2-4 miles a day ( she skipped sundays to).

You can lose and gain weight your whole life dumbass.

yes its possible for u to maintain your body by doing some exercisesneed more exercise tips.visit the below website.it will help you to find right solution.

I'm 30 years old and I do think I weigh less now than what I did nine years ago. For that matter, I weigh five pounds less than what I did prior to my pregnancy. I'm close to six feet tall and weigh 162. A few years ago, I was down to 145 as a result of too much exercise and not enough food. (It was my own personal eating disorder.)

I don't go with hearsay, or even what is in a magazine. Last night I was reading the April issue of "Parents" and it said that if a woman gains more than 20 pounds in her pregnancy, it's harder to take it off. Heh. I gained 34 and it just seemed to melt off. My daughter's six month birthday was yesterday and I weighed about what I do now, of course. Other than lifting my daughter from the floor, her crib (and laying her down, of course) and even getting up with her from the chair or sofa after nursing her (I suppose breast feeding may have "helped") and walking with her around the house, I don't really get much exercise.

However, I eat whole real foods and am picky about what I consume. I suppose if I ate a bit more than the 2,000-2.500 I eat in a day and continue to not exercise I would gain weight. For now, I'm just a bit bummed that my favorite skirt and my second favorite suit don't fit.

ROFLMAO!!!! It is VERY easy to gain weight after age 21! Trust me, been there, done that. The getting it off again is the not so easy part.
