Vitamins C and B..
Magnesium works well too, take it before doing sports, adds energy.. not when you're just sitting at the pc..
Caffeine.. in coffee, tea, coke, energy drinks
Honey (works faster than sugar) for the brain
Aspartam (artificial sweetener)
Guarana - can be found in energy drinks (the same caffeine)
Taurine - ingredient of many energy drinks
Energy bars and drinks really help if not consumed regularly!

B12 works for me.........

Many long distant runners eat Jelly Babies. They have high sugar content and quickly release energy.

energy one that is very safe to take is lucozade tablets or the drink but dont go mad with it though as it is high in colourings.

mix lemon juice with mapel syrup and hot water this gives you an instant energy blast.

pasta, bread and rice are good mood foods.
