How can i make myself stronger and bulid muscle?!


Question: i am 16 years old i dont have a big body i way 140 and am in decent shape i aint lean i have some fat on me and i wanted to get stronger and be able to feel more happy i have a boflex but i always say ima use it but forget or dont care what can i do to make me more insprired to workout

Eat a stick of butter a day in divided doses. Fat is anabolic, I did it with butter, my roommate could tell you how ripped I was!

Also some good supplements like LCarnitine. Go to a health food store, there's tons of powders and you can ask them what's best for you and your age.

Egg whites (liquid called Eggology)

You have to make exersize a habit. Eat healthy and eat more. I like to train MMA. It givers you a cardio, strength training, and stretching all in one.
Exersize will make you happier in general so this is a good start to leading a better life! When I was your age I was training too hard so my metabolism was so high I couldnt gain weight. So dont over-do it.
Eat more protein also, but dont eat too much animal protein as this will weaken bones by leeching calcium. Get some protein from plants and some from animals, what you need is BALANCE!

Do some running and work out. Also if your parents will let you get some weight gainer shakes, worked for me when I was a kid. Just keep active and your body will do what your genetics allow.

set yourself small obtainable goals to keep you focused.
And to get bigger and stronger lift heavy and low reps.
EG: 60kg bench press 6 reps 4 sets.

take a look at your dad and your mom, its mostly about your genes, Depends what body type you are born with, you can only do so much with diet and exercise. Lay off the heavy supplements, they are mostly gimmicky and are only there to make people money.

Muscle isn't supposed to develop over a short period of time, when it does it may be big but has no strength.

like u said. u need to find some way to get inspired to workout and get dedicated. i started workin out cuz i was just plain bored. oh and thats good if u have some fat cuz you'll get bigger and stronger quicker. bowflex is not gona help u build much muscle. it will jus get u toned.
