Don't go with exact food plans, and don't try to lose it too fast. (Sorry, I'm in the US where we don't yet use kilos, so don't know if you're being too ambitious or not.)

Eat a lot of healthy food; cut back on fatty food.

Get enough sleep every night.

Drink a lot of healthful fluids -- water and juice (do not drink soft drinks, even diet ones).

Lots of fresh fruits and veggies; lots of whole grains; reasonable amounts of meat and other protein sources.

Not a lot of crisps, ice cream, cookies, candy, and the like.

Read labels and notice fat content.

Oh, and move around a lot: walk, swim, bike, dance.

you don't need to diet at 14. just do a bit more exercise and eat healthy. Have a word with your GP/nurse and they will tell you the same. your weight is ok for your height.
