How to get a six pack of abs?!

A combination of having muscle mass in your abs (by either doing situps, crunches, or weighted abs exercsies).....and also having a low body fat %.
You will see a 4 pack when you are at 11% body fat.
A 6 pack when you are around 7% body fat.
And an 8 pack when you are at about a 5% body fat.
You aren't supposed to go lower than 5% as it is unhealthy, and very unhealthy to go below 3%.

Spot Reduction is a Myth......you can't determine what order your body removes the fat....your genetics determines that. And for most people....the body removes the fat covering the abs last. That is why a 6 pack is very desirable.....because it is a symbol of a healthy athlete.

run swim and dont eat fast food, but if you bodybuild then its more complex cause you wanna build muscle

Ab work outs don't burn fat from your stomach area, cardio does. So do cardio to lose that layer of fat, and also do reistant ab work outs.

Put a light dumbbell on your chest, and do situps
