What is a healthy and nutritious low-fat lunch meal?!

Wholemeal pasta topped with a veggie sauce which you can re-heat at work or have cold.

Cold brown rice / cous cous salad with chopped veg (you mustn't re-heat rice, it has a bacteria which if re-heated makes you quite ill).

Tinned tuna, chopped red pepper, sweetcorn, mix with little olive oil, black pepper and pop into a jacket potato.

Grilled chicken / pork, noodles, soy sauce, mushrooms, pak choi, beanshoots, water chesnuts.

Pitta bread filled with houmous and salad.

Whatever you do - don't eat anything 'low fat', 'low sugar' or 'fat free' - to get such foods to taste nice they are packed with chemicals and nasties. Fat free contains more sugar, sugar free contains more fat. Just have regular foods / dressings, but half the amount.

Don't eat processed reformed meats or poultry, eat proper 'real' lean meats, chicken and fish.

any kind of mixed green salad topped with some form of protein like eggs, tuna, assorted seafood, lean meats, etc...

Mix 1 (4 ounce) bag of Boca ground meatless with 1/2 cup of salsa. Microwave 2 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce and fat-free shredded cheddar cheese, and serve with fat-free tortilla chips. Lots of soy protein is in this lunch.
