Well, I have this problem a little bit too even though I am kinda skinny. There are certain foods that tend to make you gain weight in certain areas of your body, but sometimes it's just your body shape too. I do sit-ups and crunches and I run. It helps, eating healthy foods and avoiding trans-fats and saturated fats is also a great way to reduce stomach fat. Some people think though that JUST by doing stomach exercises like crunches they will lose weight there, but you need to do more than that....that's where my running comes in. I hope I helped...:-)

if you work out with it the water weight will just start to go away

adjust diet and exercise....wrapping your tummy when you eat will not make difference.

You definetly need to check out www.sixpackseeker.com

Or your going to run in to trouble, because what you are doing will in all probability not work.

Good luck

Wrapping your body will make no difference at all. In fact you may well do yourself harm.

If you are gaining weight anywhere, it is because you are eating more than you need. If only one part of your body is affected, it is because you are not getting sufficient exercise in that area.

Eat less than you have been doing and start to think more about what you are eating. Try to eat a healthy balanced diet with no fats, alcohol, sugars or sweets. Eat fresh vegetables, drink plenty water or unsweetened fruit juice, and get lots of fresh air.

To exercise your stomach, lie flat on your back. Relax completely. Then lift both heels just 2 or 3 inches off the ground. Hold there for 10 seconds - no more - then put them back on the ground and relax completely again. Repeat this exercise 3 times - no more - morning and evening, every day.

In about 3 weeks you will start to notice a difference. Your stomach will get tauter, with better muscle definition.
