Clean eating is eating healthy food.

Protein: boneless/skinless chicken breast, 90% lean beef, fish, lean turkey. Just some examples

Carbs: Baked potatoes, brown rice, pasta, whole grain breads, etc.

Fruits/Veggies: Spinach, lettuce, apples, oranges, bananas, and anything else you can think of.

For beverages, stick to water, fat-free milk, or soy or skim milk. Green tea is also pretty good for you.

If you want to build muscle than eat about 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. If you weigh 200, then eat 200g protein per day. If you are skinny and have trouble gaining weight then try eating 1.5g per pound.

Clean eating is basically eating food that isn't crap.

For example: Eating skinless chicken breast, green beans and brown rice with a glass of water INSTEAD OF Big Mac, French Fries, and a Coke.

The rule of thumb with protein is to consume 1 gram for every pound of body weight you have. However, make sure you are lifting as well or that protein will do you no good.

Clean = high nutrient density foods. Unprocessed, natural foods. So wheat bread over white etc

To build muscle you should take about 1.5 of protein per body weight per day while strength training. So if you weigh 150lbs then you want to eat 225g.

Clean eating is eating natural, unprocessed foods. Trying to eat foods without preservatives, chemicals, additives, etc.

You need a minimum of 1/2 your body weight in protein grams (example, if you're 150 pounds you need at least 75 grams of protein a day.) Serious body builders can eat up to their total weigh in protein grams.

It really depends on your digestive system. I would not recommend taking more then 40g per meal about 4 times a day
You also need to take other supplements such as L-glutamine to minimize muscle tissue breakdown.
Along with Whey protein, you should take Caseine (long term release protein) before you go to bed.
Do not overdose on proteins, it can give you gas, bloating, and kidney failure. This is crucial. Every doctor will tell you that
