What is a good workout for me?!

Question: I'm 5'7", 152lbs. I have a great butt and nice legs. I don't want to lose those. However, I have some flabbage on my gut that needs to come off, plus I want to tone my arms and back. Thanks!

You need a proper balance of resistance training (light weights/resistance bands and high reps) and cardio. Also, don't forget proper nutrition and supplements can help as well.
For cardio you can try stairstepper, tae-bo, cardio kickboxing, etc. You won't lose that booty and they will further shape your legs (along with your abs).
Arms/back
- triceps (extension, assisted dips, reverse extensions) - many different tricep exercises that you can do (ask a trainer at your gym). These will help tone up and remove that jiggly fat from the bottom of your arms
- Biceps (do curls - different types, you can use resistance bands or light weights/high reps)
- Back (seated rows, lat pull downs, dumb bell row [kneel one knee on a bench and bend over, grab the dumbbell and pull so you feel it in your back], any back exercise)
Other tips:
> ab ball - these work/tone your core no matter what excercise you're doing and you can work virtually every body part. You can work your legs:
- chest: put feet on ball and do pushups
- hamstrings (lay on ground, put feet on ball, but off ground, pull feet towards you)
- quads/glutes (put ball against wall, back to ball, squat down (while pressing ball against wall), hold, then back up)
Start taking a thermogenic fat burner (will burn fat faster when your body temp rises - i.e. working out), ripped fuel, or hydroxycut hardcore before your workouts. Don't exceed the daily allowance.
Hope that helps...(you can thigh bends and situps, but please don't lose that butt) email me for more tips/excercises

Do push ups, sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, and that funky "fly" thing that you are supposed to do for your back. Plus overall do a lot of cardio and running and stuff.

check out Curves for women in your area the work out is great it is only 30 minutes and the people are nice it helps you tone up the work is easy the machines are easy to use you get what you put into the machine that's what I would do

Try a dance routine. Use light weights for your arms. Do alot of overhead arm work. This will raise your heartrate which burns fat and that will help your stomach area. By doing a dance routine you will be strengthening your legs and butt keeping them firm but not losing them. Get a workout ball for extra ab work. To play high energy music that you like, your workout will seem like less torture.

Some kind of boxing/kickboxing or Tae Bo type workout! I did a boxing class - OMG - punching those heavy bags did amazing things to my arms and stomach and back!! When you cross punch you twist and flex your abs so it is such a good workout!

And it's really fun!!
