I need to lose 13 lbs by May 17.. I want to do it Naturally... help!?!?!

Question: I'm a female freestyle wrestler, 18yrs old and I weigh 62kgs (134.4lbs) and I have to weigh 55kgs (121.25lbs) by May 17... i want to lose atleast 6lbs by that date naturally, so 128 would be my natural weight before cutting the next 7lbs.. i have 21% body fat at the moment.. I work out twice a day for 1hr 1/2 each.... but my diet is all mostly hard carbs like... granola, cereal, bread, potatoes but i eat under 2200 calories a day.

Can someone help me on what I can do better with my diet or my workout?? or what can i do to lose the weight??

thank you

Cool a girl that wrestles! You can do this easily! Even if you loose only 2 lbs a week you could loose more than enough weight to make your weigh in. Having been a wrestler I have a good idea what your training is like. I think if you cut your calories back to 2000 KCal a day you can do this. My only question is where do you get the protein your body needs to build and repair its self? A good soy protein supplement may help, women seem to assimilate it better than men. Lean red meats or lean fish, (no salmon) are also good. Also consult your coach to find out if they know a good trainer, sports nutritionist or dietician to help you. Good luck!

? The best way to lose weight/tone up /get in shape or get fitter is cardio! Getting your heart rate up is the best thing you do for your body. Eating right also plays a large role, so up the fruit and veg and eat one carb based meal a day, with lean meats, fish & chicken. Just cut out all the sugary fatty stuff that you know is bad for you. And then get into the cardio. Running, walking, jogging, stationary bike, stepper, cross trainer
