The best way to lose weight/tone up /get in shape or get fitter is cardio! Getting your heart rate up is the best thing you do for your body. Eating right also plays a large role, so up the fruit and veg and eat one carb based meal a day, with lean meats, fish & chicken. Just cut out all the sugary fatty stuff that you know is bad for you.
