Try riding the bike for 45 minutes twice over the weekend. Also increase the crunches varying the style until you can do 100 without resting. Be sure to hold in your stomach as you crunch upward, don't let it bulge up. Place hands behind head and look straight up, don't pull your head up make sure the stomach is doing the work. You should notice some difference in about 6 weeks.

You need to lose the weight before you need to worry about toning. DO you have access to a swimming pool? Lose the weight, with cardio, calorie control your daily intake. If you join a gym they usually have a trainer there to design you a plan.

Well you can hav 3 meals a day .I think you should run on the treadmill a bit more.. maybe 40 mins three times a week and then the rest are okay. You can always go to the gym and exercise there and remember, keep doing sports to be fit and your ugly belly will evventually be gone.
~god bless you too

since you are still young, its really unhealthy to workout too much, its better to eat healthy while working out normally.

if you want to see lots of exercises that can help you out as well as a diet plan check out this link: http://www.seventeen.com/health-sex-fitn...

hope this helps you out!

Your body burns fat where you have it the most. Crunches may not reduce belly fat as well as squats because squats are more strenuous. Crunches will strengthen your abdominal muscles, but may not burn as much body fat as squats.

Its not how you exercise its how you stay on a diet plan as well, Dont eat as much fats as you normally do start eating healthier and ect. With that in mind all those exercises will help.

It wont happen with just crunches. Your stomach is the last(and first) place excess fat tends to reside. So you would have to loose enough fat and get to a relatively low body fat percentage. But keep doing what your doing and you'll get there.

wow thats more than i would do! im 5'4 and weigh 109 pounds. this is what im gonna do...

Stomach: 10 (or more) Straight Leg Raises

Thighs: 10 (or more) Single Leg Squats

Hips: 10 (or more) Genie Sits
