Running and jump rope. You will start to sweat by jump roping fast! I swear, then take a little run after that and you can start to feel it. You need to be really determined to do it tho. I usually jump rope for about 200 counts (i do take a break in between) then go running, i feel so good after. Also avoid dairy foods and any food that is white is usually bad for you bread, rice etc. I did all that for a week and lost ten pounds, but u have to do it every day!!! Early in the morning is better. I drink tons of water, and the only pills you should be taking are vitamins.and i just make healthier eating choices. Oh, and dont eat past 7pm, if u must tho try a yogurt with some fruit. Good luck to u.

no.. diet pills do not work!
you need to excercise.. just walk everyday! honestly, thats all you need.. but do it daily at least 30minutes straight!
you can try doing slim fast.. if you look on their meal replacement bars it tells you exactly what to eat...

or you can try getting weight watchers (smart ones) tv dinners.. they are amazing i love them!

umm, just limit snack foods down to one a day and eat lots of fruits and vegitbles. also getting good excersize will help but don't over do it.

If you are !! you don't need to lose weight unless it is under a doctor's supervision, which is a good idea at nay age.
At 11 you are still growing and it could impede your overall development trying to lose weight. SEE A DOC.

Omg go to the docter girl at 11 years old your weight should definatly not be an issue. If you feel obsessed with your weight please get help you could have an eating disorder Im sure u dont need to lose 50lbs

to loose weight, the answer is not pills. The more you take pills, the more you get addicted to them and when you stop using them, the more your body will be fat. Or even get a serious health problem. what you should do is stop eating junk foods like burgers from mac Macdonald's and start eating vegetables. i am not saying you should stop eating meat and fatty foods completely. I'm saying that you should not eat too much fat. And at least start running 3 times a week and sit ups. but the sit ups alone won't do any good.

I feel for you, sweetie. But since you are only eleven....you need to work with your Mom in changing your eating habits. There is NO quick or healthy way to loose that much weight fast. You need a healthy eating plan (along with exercise) to get you where you want to be......and that's healthy for life.

Have your Mom contact a registered dietician. They can work together in getting a diet in place that isn't going to deprive your growing mind and body. The VERY BEST of luck to you :o)
